On the Hoppy Trails Brew Bus, we like to show love to our local brewery partners. For a list of our partners, check out the Partners page!
How much does it cost to ride?
Prices vary on events and can be viewed on the Events page. On average, pre-set tours are $55/person. Private tours vary in cost between our regularly scheduled tours. Feel free to email the Hoppy Trails Brew Bus at email@example.com or call 518.361.3087
Do I get to choose which breweries we can go to?
You DO get to select which breweries or other locations you would like to visit when renting The Hoppy Trails Brew Bus for a private function.
How long is the tour?
Our tours typically last between 4-5 hours. Our shuttle events could last longer. Please review the time details on our Tours page.
Is craft beer included in the cost?
All tour prices include samples/tastings. If you find a sample you enjoy, pint(s) and/or glass(es) will be additional cost to you.
How do I purchase gift certificates?
Gift certificates can be purchased and applied to any tour. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 518 361 3087 to order your gift certificate today!
How many places do you visit on a tour?
We typically go to 3 stops on a given tour. That allows you enough time at each stop, to enjoy samples, meet with the makers & see their set up.
*One exception is our Summit Tour - that includes 4 stops (we stop at 1 distillery, 3 breweries)
How many people fit on the bus?
We can fit up to 14 people. We do ask that for a private tour, you have at least 10 people.
What days of the week do you run tours?
We run tours year-round. This is the northeast, so in the winter months, we might have to adjust due to inclement weather.
Typically tours run Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays.
During summer months & holiday breaks we do offer tours during the week (typically Wednesdays/Thursdays)
Do you go to wineries?
Yes! We actually have some local vineyards in our area, as well as some fantastic tasting rooms. Check out our Partnerships page for more info.
**Hard cider is also becoming VERY popular in our area, and we visit those as well.
Do you offer a non-drinker fee?
Yes, we most certainly do. Please let us know via email or call prior to booking the tour & we can make that happen.
Can we visit breweries outside of NYS?
As of right now, Hoppy Trails needs to stay instate. But don't worry, there's plenty of places we can go - in our immediate area & beyond. Check out a tour like Cascade North, which heads to Lake Placid!
What should I bring on a tour?
We do have cold storage available, so feel free to bring your own growlers to fill along the way, we can keep them chilled. Many of our stops have some killer merchandise, so a little extra cash might be good. We do provide a small snack & complimentary water, but you are more than welcomed to bring food on the bus/tour. For brewery tours, our brewers do appreciate close-toed shoes for your safety.
Do you provide transportation to craft beverage events?
Yes! We love to provide safe transportation to the great events NYS as to offer. Please give us a call at 518.361.3087 if you're interested in going - Saturdays are our busiest days, so the more advance notice we have, the better.
